All our Defender products (with the exception of personalised orders) can be returned for a refund or to be exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date as long as in original condition. They need be returned to us in the original packaging or equivalent.
The cost of returning the product is to be paid for by the customer. If the product is being exchanged, we will not charge you postage for the replacement tin to be sent.
If your Defender product arrives damaged, please contact us via email supplying photographic evidence and we will be happy to help.
Please reply to your order confirmation email to initiate a return and we will advise of the next steps.
